BUTTERED NOODLES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. Put hot water to boil and add noodles. And when they are all ready dump water out then add the melted butter. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil.

BUTTERED NOODLES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE The pasta will finish cooking when making the sauce. Set the pot over low heat. Use tongs to toss the noodles, butter, and cheese around the pan for one minute. You can have BUTTERED NOODLES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE using 9 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve that.


  1. It’s 1/3 box of linquini noodles.
  2. It’s 4 cup of broth or water.
  3. You need 1 dash of olive oil.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp of butter… i used the HERBAL BUTTER that is on my profile..
  6. It’s 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
  8. It’s 5 of green onion cut in 3-4" peices.
  9. It’s 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.

Cook noodles in a large pot of lightly salted water until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, place the eggs, grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until well combined. When the noodles are almost cooked, melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add butter to still warm pot and melt over low heat.


  1. Boil broth or water. add salt to water.. bring broth to a boil and add pasta. put a splash of olive oil in with noodles to prevent it from boiling over. boil until al dente…
  2. drain pasta in a colindar. rinse with cold water and set aside. the cold water stops the cooking process..
  3. melt butter in skillet. throw in green onion and garlic….
  4. saute for only 2 minutes. stir noodles in butter…
  5. put in serving dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.. u can add more cheese if you like…
  6. I use this as a side dish….

Turn off heat and add noodles to pot and toss with butter. Add Parmesan cheese and ΒΌ cup of cooking liquid at time as needed to moisten. Season with kosher salt and pepper and add parsley. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add cream and garlic cloves.
