  1. HARD BOILED EGGS.
  2. put 3 eggs in to a pot with a drop of oil bring it to a boil then simmer 8 to 10 minute.
  3. drain in cool runny water and removed shell then dice eggs.

  6. add onion and grated carrot on dice eggs with dressing mix well then add filling on toasted bread.
