  1. Turn oven onto 400°F.
  2. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
  3. Put chicken in plastic ziplock bag.
  4. Beat chicken & pound chicken to flatten the breast.
  5. Lay chicken on plate and salt and pepper both sides.
  6. In a separate plastic ziplock bag, Put breadcrumbs & Parmesan shredded cheese.
  7. In bowl, beat eggs.
