Rabokki (Korean spicy meal). Rabokki is the combination of two delicious things: ramen noodles and dukboki (or tteokbokki). Today, both dukboki and rabokki are popularly enjoyed as Korean street food. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and gochugaru.

- You need of Ramen (Instant noodle).

In a pot or a wok, pour the stock and add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce and sugar. Stir well until gochujang and sugar has dissolved completely and bring it to boil over high heat.; Add fish cake, cabbage, white/light green part of then green onions and carrot. Tteokbokki is a very popular Korean street food. In its simplest form, it's made of cylindrical rice cakes that's coated in a fire-red, spicy sauce.

- Slice onion.
- Make sauce: Add 1tbs gojuchang, 1.5tbs chilli powder.
- Add 2tbs soy sauce, add 3tbs sugar, mix.
- Boil water, add sauce and stir, add tteokbokki.
- After boil, add onion to cook.
- Add ramen to cook, add cheese.
This version of Rabokki (라볶이), or Korean spicy ramen and rice cake, is probably the simplest, yet sophisticated enough, easiest and quickest but still very tasty that my children never get bored of.
